Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Enzoduga. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund less shipping or store credit within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, please contact support@enzoduga.com with your order number. 
Remember to check Your email's trash & spam folder if You're not receiving our emails. 

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Modification of Your order
If you need to modify your order or address - please contact us within 12 hours of the original order time. This will ensure that we will have time to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped out. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@enzoduga.com.
